Family Picnic

Students, families, caregivers, and special friends are invited to the Summer Family Picnic, hosted by the May Center School PAC.  The event will be on Saturday September 9th from 12-3 pm.

The picnic will be held at JERICHO – 537 Northampton Street in Holyoke.

There will be music, entertainment (a magician!), and swimming in the JERICHO pool, which is a shallow (3 foot) inground pool – great for all ages and abilities.  Don’t forget your bathing suit and towel!  A quiet area will be available as well.

We will be grilling hamburgers, hot dogs, and veggie burgers.  Drinks and side dishes (pasta salad, potato salad, chips) will also be available.  We are encouraging families to bring a nut-free dessert to share.

At the picnic, try your luck in the 50:50 raffle!  Proceeds fund PAC events.

The event is FREE but donations to help with the cost of food and supplies are happily accepted and appreciated!

The following items are needed.  Please use the form below if you are able to donate – thank you!  The list of needed items is up to date as of 9/6/17.

If you would like to make a monetary donation to help cover the cost of food/drinks, please do so through the PAC’s PayPal account.  Go to http://www.paypal.com and use the email address maycenterpac@gmail.com  Please use send via the Friends&Family option to avoid fees for the PAC.  Donations can also be made on the day of the picnic.

Non-perishable items can be dropped off at school on Friday September 8th – please label as “PICNIC DONATION.”  Please bring any food donations with you on the day of the picnic.
